Our mission is quite simple, we bring older adults together to provide training with three simple things, eating better, improving the way you shop and providing new cooking skills.
It is no secret that eating well is a key part of a happy and healthy lifestyle, but to get the best out of the food requires a few basic skills - and it is important to keep those skills up to date - this is where we can help. Meet2Eat have one objective, to empower older adults to stay independent for longer by giving them a basic simple food skills.
“I really don’t fancy going back to the classroom!” Meet2Eat is a friendly, community training service that helps older people to update their kitchen and shopping skills. The small groups are made up of like minded individuals who meet in an enjoyable, accessible and friendly setting.
